Do you sell gift cards? 

YES! Gift cards are available in any denomination. Your can purchase a gift card online here, or visit us in store. Please note that only physical gift cards can be purchased in-store.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. Order totals of $100* or more qualify for free shipping across Canada. 

*oversized items are excluded from free shipping.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, FreeStyle Dancewear ships worldwide! Shipping rates are calculated in real time at checkout and customers will have the option to choose the speed at which their order ships. Certain exclusions apply.

I have not received my shipped order. What now?

Once your order has been processed and dropped off with the courier, you will be sent an automated email with the shipping details and any tracking information. You can contact the courier directly with any questions that you have regarding delivery and any possible delays. Unfortunately, FreeStyle Dancewear does not have access to the courier systems and will be unable to provide any further details. For more information, you can view our Shipping Policy here.

How does in-store pickup work?

Once your order has been picked, packaged and processed, you will receive a notification letting you know that your order is ready for pickup. When you arrive you will need to give us your name and order number.

Can I choose where I pick up my order?

Yes, you will have the option to choose which boutique at checkout.

I am unable to choose the boutique closest to me for pickup, why?

Some of the items in your order may only be in stock in the other boutique. Give us a call and we can verify this for you and transfer your order to be picked up at your desired location. 

How quickly after placing my order will I be able to pickup it up?

Orders are processed as soon as possible. Depending on the number of items included, in most cases, we have orders ready for pickup within 2-4 hours during regular store hours. If you place your order online after hours, it will be processed during the next day that the store is open.

I ordered the wrong tights, can I return/ exchange them?

In the interest of hygiene and safety, all tights are final sale, no exceptions. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. For more information on items that are final sale, you can view our full Return & Exchange policy here.

Do you keep a record of my previous purchases?

Yes! If you have shopped with us in-store or online and created a profile, your information will be saved and that means you don't have to try to remember style and colour codes.

I am looking for a specific item, can you order it?

Yes, we can order any product from the vendors that we carry. Items that are not regularly stocked in-store are considered "Special Order." Special orders can only be done in-store and not online. You will be required to pay a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time the item is ordered. The remaining balance will be due upon pick-up of the item. Delivery times can vary depending on item availability and vendor, and therefore, we recommend that you order in advance. FreeStyle cannot guarantee that an item will be delivered by any specified date. 

Do I have to book an appointment to be fitted for pointe shoes?

Yes. Appointments are made to give each dancer one-on-one attention with an experienced pointe shoe fitter. In order to ensure that pointe shoes fit properly, dancers need to be fitted by a specialist who understands the various aspects of the foot to be considered when choosing the correct size and style. You can book a pointe shoe fitting here. 

Are pointe shoe fittings available at both boutiques?

YES! When you book online you will have the option to select the most convenient location for you and the appointment timeslots that are available. After booking, you will receive a confirmation email with all of the details.

Do you offer sewing services to attach the ribbons onto pointe shoes?

Of course! Whether it is just not your thing or your pressed for time, we offer various options for FreeStyle to do the needlework for you. You can read more about it here.

Do you only have the one location for in-person shopping?

No. We now have boutiques in the east end of Guelph and in Kitchener.
