We want to make holiday shopping easier, that's why we've extended our exchange period. Any purchases made between November 15, 2026 - December 23, 2026 can be exchanged for store credit (sorry, no refunds) up to January 10, 2027. Exceptions still apply for final sale items (including 2 week exchange period for pointe shoes still applies; Pink Friday and Black Friday/ Cyber Monday sales are final). Please see our full Return & Exchange Policy for more information here. Holiday exchanges cannot be honoured past this date, sorry no exceptions. Thank you in advance for your understanding.
Holiday Closure
Please note that the store will be closed December 24- 28, 2026 for a much needed Holiday break for our team. We will be open December 29 & 30, 2026 and then closed again until January 2, 2027. You will still be able to shop online during the closure, however, orders will not be processed until the next business day.
Thank you for shopping with us - Happy Holidays!
