The Développé is designed for dancers with a medium to wide forefoot and tapered toes. A #3 leather board shank, half-skived and skived again at the ball of the foot, gives smooth roll-through and articulation, while feathered full wings and a reinforced box provide steady support.

• Moderate, slightly tapered, reinforced inner box

• Moderate-high, hand-flattened crown

• Moderate platform, slightly slanted to encourage the dancer over the box

• Moderate-high vamp with a round throat

• #3 leather board shank, half-skived (1/2 shank)

• Skived at the ball of the foot for smooth roll-through and articulation

• Feathered full wings for lateral support

• Traditional stitched pleating with quiet toe construction

• Plush, anti-slip microfiber lining reduces sweat and friction blisters

• Elasticized binding with elastic drawstring

• Moderate side and heel heights with a standard side seam

• Shortened sole removes excess material at the heel
